Final Scores

Below are the final scores, by category, for the 2008 Colorado QSO Party. In State High Score was logged by Ken Eigsti, W0SLD with 70992 points. Out of State High Score was logged by John Desloge, N6MU, with 5184 points. The Grand Mesa Contesters of Colorado led all clubs with 17 member entries. The Montrose Amateur Radio Club also had a good showing with 6 entries. Out of State leader was the Tennessee Contest Group with 5 entries. Congratulations to them and everyone for their fine effort.

There has been a tremendous amount of positive soapbox comments received from the COQP participants. They will be published in the January edition of the PPRAA's Zero Beat newsletter.

The judging team recomputed all scores. One of our main goals for next year is to get most logging software to support scoring and encourage increasing the number of electronically submitted logs. Dates for the 2009 COQP will be determined in January. Many more details to come. Check the website periodically for revised rules and more information.
